From the start the staff was courteous and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The property is conveniently located near many walkable restaurants and minutes away from old San Juan via Uber. The oceanside views and beach was wonderful and the pools were clean. I would recommend this hotel if staying in San Juan!

The breakfast buffet is great and kids eat free. The pool is a little cold on most days but there is a warm jacuzzi that’s kind of small for 10 people. The slides were fun for the kids. I wish the breakfast was included because the cost of the rooms are quite high all year around. The beach is nice but it’s a red flag beach so swimming is dangerous. We enjoyed the waves but watched our children like hawks. The terrazzo restaurant gelato is delicious. Many restaurant around the hotel at walking distance. Overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel staff, from check-in to the beach, were always kind and helpful. The beach is right in front of the hotel, and they provide chairs, umbrellas, and towels. It’s also nice to go to the pool after the beach. The food at the hotel is very expensive, but there are cheaper restaurants and cafés nearby. You have to wear a resort bracelet, which I understand, but I find it annoying. It was nice of the staff to suggest wearing it loose so you can take it off when leaving the resort or in your room. The lobby fragrance was a bit too strong for me. Easy parking, but a bit expensive. Still, I recommend this hotel.

I expected a better room for the $610 per day I was paying. The bathroom was very dark (barely any light to shave) and the room didn't have a dressing mirror which my wife needed given the events we were attending.

Nice hotel by the beach. All the staff are very nice, polite and helpful. The beach is beautiful. The restaurants in the hotel and in the neighborhood are great. The full-size beds in the bedrooms are on the small size.

March 2025 stay

For the price - no breakfast and no room service is very strange. We weren’t allowed a late check out despite arriving after 5pm the day before and our room not being ready. Room was worn and tired (marks and scratches over everything). No private beach area for the hotel which I think can’t make this hotel any more than a 3 star hotel. Doors paper thin - could hear children running up and down the hallway at 6am.

This hotel is overpriced. The oceanfront is not suitable for swimming. Additionally, the staff can be quite rude. This is completely unacceptable.
