Welcome to your perfect South Side getaway! Recently updated throughout, easy street parking and plenty of space!
Minutes away from bars and restaurants and everything Pittsburgh has to offer.

3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. Located on the first floor is the kitchen, dining, living room, and the half bath.

On the second floor:
- 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed
- Full bathroom

On the third floor loft:
-Queen bed
-Two twin beds

Guests have access to the entire house

We have a dedicated 24/7 communications team that can answer any questions you have. This home is self check in but if you run into any issues during your stay and need assistance we have many team members nearby that can help.

The South Side Flats neighborhood is located just south of the Monongahela River. It s vibrant area that has the perfect combination of residential, business and entertainment.
We are a 10 minute walk to E Carson Street which houses over 40 bars and restaurants, as well as entertainment venues such as Enclave, Penthaüs PGH and Club Cafe.

We’ve had some past issues, so these rules are here to help keep everything running smoothly. If anything seems unclear or if you have any questions, just ask – we’re here to help!


House Rules:

No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy.
Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy!
Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.
Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.

Age Requirement:
Guests must be 21 years or older.

Location Requirement:
We don’t rent to local residents of Pittsburgh – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere.

Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.

We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.

No hot water

Unfortunately it appears no one checked on the property before our arrival. Hot water heater was physically turned off because it was leaking all over. We checked in to find no working hot water . No way to fix that in a day. Also they should change the online pic of furniture. Original is small but what is there now is even smaller

Good place to stay to sleep to visit South Side Flats

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The sleeping arrangements are very good, comfortable beds and lots of room. Almost no storage space for guests, most of it is locked up so guests can't access (including a closet shown in the listing). Only 1 full bathroom, unlike the incorrect picture in the listing of a second full bathroom. it is nice to have a 1/2 bath on the ground floor. This is not a place for people who have small kids or difficulty getting up and down stairs due to the step situation. 3 of the 6 people in our group fell down the steep steps to the third floor due to the steepness and loose carpet. We did not have an issue with parking - we could find street parking for one car always and about 50% of the time for our second car. Due to the season, it was very easy to find free parking a block away on the street so that wasn't an issue. a paid lot is also very close. We had a few issues and the host (a company) got back to us immediately. We couldn't get the wifi password and it took quite a few back and forth with the host for them to realize that the password was being blocked by the VRBO messenger so they had to text me but we got it. not written anywhere on site. host DID text me at 1:15AM for non-urgent concern, luckily my phone was on silent. Furniture not really comfy in living room and not enough seats for 8 ppl that it sleeps. sparse kitchen as well. but a great location for SS Flats if you want to go out a lot!

Amazing Stay

We loved our stay here. It was in a great location with many bars and restaurants nearby. Also a short drive to the baseball stadium. The hose was extremely friendly and responsive.
