The food was good and the staff very kind and helpful. However, I got terrible sleep. The A/C unit in the room was very loud, the refrigerator also loud. And, I could hear everything happening on the street below from the 6th floor as well as every car horn and alarm from the neighboring parking garage.

Noisy. My room was near the door entry. Lots of people coming and going and loud until 11pm. Also, the TV didn’t work. I didn’t call as that meant someone would be in my room after 9pm.

Had to change rooms because AC and TV did not work. Worst part was a fire alarm went off at 7AM. we evacuated the hotel with rest of guests. There were about 100 of us standing on the street at the entrance (lobby was on 5th floor) for like 15 minutes after the alarm stopped. Nobody from the hotel came to notify us that it was a false alarm and we could return to room. We had to learn from exiting guest.

Best staff in the city
This is my favorite spot when I come to town. It's conveniently located, and the staff is wonderful. I also love the beds and the unique amenities! I had an issue with my room and the front desk staff took such good care of me and encouraged me to come back to rectify the situation... of course I will be back!

Comfortable and exercise friendly!
Love the space in the even- was it the former Kaufman’s department store? Interesting window arrangement on 5th floor. Would love to stay long enough to use the gym and ping pong table one day. But recommend more creamer, sugar, cups and stirrers for the coffee/ tea machine! Otherwise, the yoga ball and mat were great to have.
