incredibly disappointed with our stay. After we checked in and went to room we realized the air conditioning wasn't working. Staff said they were working on it. By next morning when we asked they said they didn't know when it would be fixed. Room temperature never went below 84 degrees. They said they weren't giving guests any adjustments because we should have been contacted by Travelocity to make other arrangements for us. This definitely was not the case! No one contacted us about anything. Also, on numerous occasions we asked that the room be made up, but no one ever came. We were stuck in a sweltering, unmade room for three days. Not one staff member inquired as to how we were or apologized for the the massive inconvenience. This was an awful experience and I really feel we should be reimbursed and/or compensated by EVEN Hotel or Travelosity for this disaster , What should have been a fun vacation in Pittsburgh became one of the worst travel experiences ever. Please have someone contact us regarding how you will be handling this situation.

Furnace in two rooms now don’t work...had to move rooms and the new room furnace was so loud that it kept us up all night...I have recordings of the loud noise

This was a beautiful new hotel. Very clean, quiet and downtown within walking distance to practically everything. The room was very spacious with super high ceilings and even though we didn't have time to use it the exercise equipment and instructional channels in the room were a nice touch. 11/10 would definitely stay here again!
