The property was nice and clean but the air conditioner didn’t work. We called and they came out to fix it but it only worked for one more day. There wasn’t enough toiletry for a week stay. Also, it took us a long while for us to get the QR code. Additionally, the one bathroom hardly had any hot water. However, the pool and lazy river were amazing.

The property itself was fine. Pool was good, but wasn’t heated.We were not left with adequate amount of towels or toilet paper. No Kleenex.We were left with 2 dish pods for dishwasher, but no laundry soap for starting towels at checkout like we were asked.They claimed an email was sent indicating we are left with starters, but would need to buy what we needed. I never received said email.We went through towels very quickly, as we were in the pool daily.Ceiling fans would be nice for air circulation.

Good location. The gate code doesn't work, the guard has to open the gate. You can't sit on the back patio, it's full of debris. The edges in the bathroom on the floor are dirty. The doors in the hall are damaged on the bottom. The gym doesn't open until 9am.

Positive: good location to groceries, shops, Disney. Nice condo with pool and other amenities. Kitchen has all appliances you might need, even an air fryer. Nice supply of coffee and tea. Spacious. Negative: TV in living room is not working. Contacted manager that told me that cables were stolen. There’s a second TV in one of the bedrooms that works just fine.

Communications is vital, having said that, our stay was not without issues but Michael our guest contact was very quick to respond and offer quick remedies. My Family and I truly enjoy staying at Storey Lake Resort and this stay was no exception. I have no hesitations renting from Evolve again.
