Was just there for a huge convention too many extra fees tacked on to a already mediocre room then to keep being charged for 250 every 3 hours for incidentals. Food prices out of this world. We had a nice stay. Comfortable beds, lots to do. Mini golf is not actually available. The hot tub does not work. Heads up on food and beverages, automatic gratuity included on every single thing you do. When you sign your receipt though there’s a place for extra tipping so if you don’t look at your original itemized receipt you wouldn’t know they already added the tip in. Some servers did not deserve 20% gratuity but you don’t have a choice. Also $38 per night for parking is excessive. Especially when there is not much parking available. It’s kid friendly and fun otherwise! Nice pools and waterfall!

Our stay was great everyone is nice and helpful however our room was not cleaned and we did not have any body wash I texted the number and requested towels and body wash to my surprise we came back to our room with a clear garbage bag full of towels and body wash and lotion in a clear bag as if we were supposed to change out the body wash ourself Our used towels were still on the floor in the bathroom. Not sure is this is standard policy but seem a bit unacceptable

Overall, this is a convenient property if you are going to attend any of the universal parks. The staff were nice. My one and only negative comment about the property was the carpets in the room - they were absolutely disgusting. My brand new white Socks turned yellowish brown after only taking a few steps on the carpet. Grossed me out.

EXPEDIA NEEDS TO ADD DISCLAIMERS TO THIS PROPERTY ASAP I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the beginning, things were not made clear. At check-in, I was told about a $75 security deposit per night—something I had never been informed of during the booking process. It felt misleading and made me feel like I hadn’t been given all the information up front. On top of that, I found out the hotel charges $15 per package if you receive anything through UPS. Again, this was never mentioned anywhere before my arrival, and it just added to the sense that there were hidden costs waiting for me at every step. Finally, when I checked in, I was supposed to have breakfast included for that morning. They completely forgot to add it on, and when I asked about it, the staff didn’t want to honor it. It may seem like a small detail, but it really affected the overall impression of the hotel—especially since breakfast was part of what I had booked. In the end, my experience was overshadowed by these hidden fees and the lack of transparency. What could have been a comfortable stay turned into one filled with small frustrations. I would strongly recommend the hotel be more upfront with guests about all extra charges and make sure to deliver on what is promised

Parking too expensive expensive resort fee they wanted to give me a double queen room when I booked a king had argue and wait for the room I booked when I got in had a strong bleach smell

The staff was very friendly upon arrival and throughout check in. Our room was ready. It smelled fresh and clean. The pool area is nice and there is a small putt-putt course too. The proximity to SeaWorld is great - a quick 5-10 minute walk.
