This has probably been one of the worst hotels ever!! Being that the hotel is not at full capacity you would think it would be great! The water smelled horrible!! I had to buy bottle water to brush my teeth. The room smelled musty.

Property exterior was well kept. Rooms were run down. Carpet in lobby smelled and was dirty. Rooms were not vacuumed and bathroom's drywall was pealing and cracked. As well the toilet needed repaired and furnace needed repaired. The one bed was too close to the wall, only 6 inches away from the wall.

Nicely planned out grounds , facilities and recreation.Our beds seemed older than10yrs.poor quality.otherwise nice.

It was clean but so noisy. Got very little sleep with the traffic and everyone clicking there car locks with a horn honk.

I like the summer pool, I like the room, I like the parking, front desk was nice, everybody seemed pretty nice, everything was pretty good, I wish the hot was working that would of been awesome but other then that its was fun time to stay, I will come back again sometime thank you

Fabulous hotel, Food at restaurant could have been better, refrigerator was not working at all, other than that.... It was SAFE & SECURE. Key cards to access any part of the facility for added protection. I traveled with my 2 grandchildren there alone to visit SeaWorld & not once did I ever feel like the guest's safety was overlooked.
