I arrived to the hotel and at first glance it looked very nice. The lobby was beautuful and clean, totally opposite of the property where my room was located (backside of the property). Walking to my room there was laundry thrown over the shutters and luggage racks outside drying. I didn't know if I was at a hotel or laundromat. Once inside my room it looked clean oh but not so. The bath room floor, shower abd back of the toilet had hair in/on them. At night it sounded like I was in a rain forest and the loud croaking of the frogs made it difficult to sleep.

At one time was a very nice resort with many features, but it is need of an overall updating. It has the wear and tear of old age, but generally clean.

Didn't realize I was staying at a glamorized red roof inn. Stayed in an external building, upstairs, without elevators. Had to drag luggage up a flight of stairs. Shower is dated and the handle needs repaired.

staff wasnt friendly. Their computer systems were down when I arrived to check in at 4 am, and they made my husband and my toddler and myself sit in the waiting area. offered no assistance, staff was not even apologetic or attempting to accommodate to us in the mean time. After a very long flight and for the amount of money we paid per night this was absolutely unacceptable. Also, my key cards did not work at first and I did not receive the type of room I requested and when I notified personnel the next day they did not offer to switch rooms. The resort itsself was very beautiful, and I enjoyed my stay very much so. I would stay again. But the staff really needs to get their act together, because for someone who is more particular than myself they probably would not stay again.

Beautfiul hotel. Very helpful staff. We went to sea world and we liked their free transportation. Saved $30 a day and they gave us a quick que to get on rides for free. Food was good at hotel. Clean. All decked out for christmas. Will definitely stay here again
