Currently, we are not providing daily housekeeping services. We train our front desk team to go over that at check in. I will follow up with the front office management to reinforce the importance of thorough communication with guests at check in. Very sorry for your disappointment.

I apologize that everything in your room was not set up correctly. I apologize you did not enjoy our resort and all the amenities we offer such as Drink specials, Free Continental breakfast, Live music on Thursday through Sunday, a swim in one of our two pools, upgrade to one of our gardens- view rooms or suites available, ping pong, miniature golf, and billiards. Many guests find our resort to be a tremendous value.

I did not like the older villas that were there. It seemed very run down and they had police officers for security. If they have that, it makes you wonder what goes on.

Do not stay at the Doubletree. The hotel is filthy and I had to request to get my money back due to the room being so nasty.
