Overnight stay

We arrived past the check in time and our room is not ready. The guest service gave us free parking and offered snacks without is even asking for anything. Great staff.

The pool area the water was very cloudy and dirty all the tables were very dirty and the towel trash cans were full. While we were there another customer complained and the manager came to clean them and told him the water smelled.
