We checked in at 11pm. The thermostat was not working. It took 10m for someone to answer the front desk line. They sent security to check. They don’t have a maintenance person on staff at that time. Security came and checked and said he could set it for 70deg. It started blowing hot air. He said it’s broken and he would have someone check on it the next day. A few minutes later the unit started shaking and making noise and blowing freezing cold air again. I called front desk again. Another 10m for someone to answer. My daughter was asleep so I didn’t want to leave her alone. When I told the girl it wasn’t working again, she said with an attitude, well what do you want me to do about it? She offered to find another room but again my daughter was asleep and it was 1230am at this point. Security came back and got it to work but stated we had to keep it at 74 degrees to make it work. So, we sweat all night until it started making all the noises again. Worst night sleep at a hotel ever.
