Check in staff member was not very friendly or helpful. We did not get the room we originally booked and had to stay on the motel side of the resort. For a Doubletree I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the rooms- very outdated. The property was also extremely loud all night long- people yelling, slamming doors and that annoying back up noise trucks make.

The room was clean but the ac barely worked. The refrigerator didn’t work. There was mold on the bottom of the counter where the sink was. The doors on the dresser cabinet kept opening because it was off balance over all very bad experience will not go back.

Everything was great at the hotel. Unfortunately, there were issues with the shuttle to Universal. The shuttle was about 30 minutes late picking us up at the hotel. When the driver got there, he appeared very confused and even turned he wrong direction. Other passengers told us they had similar problems the previous day. Coming back to the hotel, we got to the pickup location 30 minutes early. An hour later we left and took a taxi back. Not the hotels fault, but the free shuttle is not worth it. Don't waste your time!!

I am giving this hotel a 1 star. the front desk folks are great top notch. they gave my sun a toy and free icecream. They were attentive when I complained about the room and Switched to a different room. But The rooms are disgusting, Dirty all around, The bathrooms are nasty, hair and stains, the floors as well. the carpets in the room were stained all over. The day we were out and came back the beds where made and new towel where given but the towels used and on the floor where not picked up. I carry with me Clorox wipes and Antibacterial wipes. I whiped the entire room and bathroom and it was nasty. the roof was dusty and satin and dirty as well. the room was really bad. and the AC needs to be cleaned like really deep cleaned in the 2 rooms I had.

The room had a wet smell. Which there could have been more breakfast items to choose from. Front desk check in person can’t recall her name please look she was Very nice. The breakfast services cooking the food not to nice. The wait staff 2 ladies were nice. The bar team not too friendly

It’s okay for the price I paid, room gets stuffy and humid all day, even if you blast cold air on the fan. Everything else is pretty good, but I know people wouldn’t like that if you have allergies (like me) good thing I didn’t get too sneezy. But hair does super frizzy. If you can stay at a humid room like that for a good price then this hotel for you!

By the time I got there they said it was no room available!! It’s was scaring trying to find other hotel in ah short time!! We rode around for about two hours lucky we found ah hotel that was vacant
