I recommend this hotel. The welcome is warm, I am very satisfied with the room, the breakfast was very varied, and the staff were very attentive. The only downside would be that the floors in the rooms are a little sticky and the bathroom decor is quite old.

Whole place is a joke. Desk tried to add $7.81 "resort fee" after booking & payment, plus $100 deposit. Smelled moldy. Furst room offered had shower ceiling collapsing into tub. Signage outvfront said "Developer Inn" NOT Baymont, though front desk had Baymont logo. Bad look all the way around

One of my worst stays! I checked into my room with my kids and found hair on our sheets and pillow. They did change the sheets for us. Our room was on the 2nd floor, right outside the elevator/stairs. All night you can hear people talking and walking. The bathroom door does not close! Because the toilet is blocking the door from closing. How does someone do that???????
