Fully furnished large 2 Bedroom 1 bath secure condo in the Warehouse/Arts district with sweeping panoramic views of downtown New Orleans. Condo is perfect for couples, families, convention attendees, football fans and large groups. Unit has a large kitchen for guest looking to cook. Unit is in walking distance of most of New Orleans best attractions and is only a short walk from the New Orleans Superdome and Smoothie King Arena. Fully furnished, luxury Condo at the edge of the CBD, located on the 5th floor of a very upscale, safe, and secure building right near downtown and I-10.

Unit is a bright and sunny 2 bedroom, 1 bath; Master bedroom and living room both have windows with a sweeping view of the city.

In addition to the two full bedrooms, the unit is equipped with two queen sized sofa sleepers.

Apartment was clean and comfortable, but older. Upgrades to bath & shower would improve appeal greatly. Unit was in safe area and secure/free parking was a big plus. Good communication with property management, check in easy and convenient.

Graduation weekend

This property has a rustic loft vibe and very convenient to the Superdome and restaurants, which was the purpose of our visit. The unit does have a faint smell of smoke and needs a good cleaning, and the sofa sleepers need to be replaced. But, location is perfect and the view is beautiful! Easy parking.
