Beautiful & comfortable

Everything was as advertised. Beautiful & comfortable stylish apartment. Amenities were awesome, apartment kitchen was well stocked, & communications were prompt & clear. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would return. The area has a lot of small restaurants which we also enjoyed.

Comfy Time in the Big Easy

Pleasant, quiet, and comfortable place to stay. Several great restaurants within easy walking distance. We could walk or take a short Uber to the Quarter or stroll a few blocks in either direction to explore the Warehouse and Arts district or down to the Riverwalk Mall for great shopping. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, nice shower in the bathroom. Serviceable kitchen and Rouse's Market is a 10 minute walk up Girod St for anything you might need. I will definitely stay here again.

Great place for a long weekend!

We have been coming to NOLA for almost 30 years and this time brought family for their first visit. The Warehouse/Arts District is our preferred area to stay and this place was a perfect location as it is walkable to so much. The space was as advertised, very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the washer/dryer and the high end kitchen (though we did no cooking since there were too many places we wanted to eat in New Orleans). The hosts were communicative and we loved the lagniappe they provided. Thank you! The only tiny dislike we had was there was a plug-in air freshener that was overwhelming to our group. Once we found it and unplugged it, it got a little better, but the scent never entirely dissipated. Would definitely stay there again.

Great time in NOLA

It was a real treat finding this property! Great location for being central to all that the warehouse/arts district has to offer as well as the Quarter, without the drama and intensity of being in the Quarter. Incredibly responsive management to a water and fan issue with continuous updates. Felt safe, secure and cared for. Lots of nearby restaurants, easy to get to WWll museum and streetcar. Super comfy beds, everything we needed in the kitchen. A real delight and we hope to return.

Really nice stay!

Loved the rental. My friend and I purchased a double queen hotel room and at the last second decided to spring a little more for this 2-bedroom apartment and it was the bees knees. There is very little natural light in the apartment, but we were out during the day so it didn’t matter really. Great experience with the staff and great communication the whole time.

Great property. Just park and walk to everything. This is a real nitpick but a larger capacity hot water heater would help with two couples or a family using showers/baths.

Excellent Experience

New, clean, tons of amenities, great location, beautiful building, a free gym, you can’t beat this place! And the property manager was super receptive and helpful. We contacted her when our flight was canceled on Christmas Eve and she put us at ease with the promise to accommodate us (our room was booked but she had other rooms for us). We ended up getting another flight, but just the offer to help was so appreciated! Stay here, you will love it.

Absolutely Perfect

This property is amazing! Perfect location if you want or be out of the craziness of the quarter but still close enough to walk there. Great restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Safe neighborhood. The beds are so comfortable! Suggest using spot hero to prepay for parking ahead of time! Great place will definitely stay here again!

New Orleans apartment in the Arts/Warehouse district.

Lovely apartment, fully equipped, spotlessly clean in a secure building, 0.7 miles from the French Quarter, minutes away from the Riverwalk Outlet Mall and close to many restaurants. The TVs functioned great as did the laundry machines and wifi. Our only issue was that the apartment is very dark because it is on the inside of the building- lights on at all times, with absolutely no way of knowing what the weather is like outside. We had a lovely and comfortable 5 day stay.
