The desk staff was friendly. I just needed a place to sleep and shower. It could have been cleaner but wasn't too bad. There was a finger nail between the mattress and base but no bugs. The toilet paper is 1 ply. Nothing luxury but it fit my needs. I would have rated this a 4 but I ate breakfast in the restaurant. Wow what awful service. Why do I need to hunt someone down for a plate, then a drink. And then to pay my bill. Put your phone down and help your guests

The room condition itself was good but the hallway was dark and had a musty scent to it. The hot water was lukewarm at best the first night but got better the next night. I was given breakfast tickets to enjoy breakfast for free but the plates were always dirty and never enough plates there for guests. It’s clearly an old hotel that’s remodeled the rooms but you guys really should remodel the hotel lobby and halls because it’s shaky when you get inside but then you see the room and feel okay.

Room was filthy, carpet was nasty damp feeling, room smelled like wet dog, breakfast was horrible., definitely not worth $5 much less the $12 pp they charge Only 2 restaurants' (mom and pop run) within walking distance. I also purchased the add on insurance for $9. I needed to have a medical procedure, so had to cancel, then when I canceled, I got no refund because it had a clause I had to "cancel within 48 hrs of booking"...What the bleep! $220 wasted. We have stayed there many times before, but now never again!

My husband and I stayed one night before moving on to our next location the next day. This hotel is close to the airport near the highway.The staff at the front desk were very friendly, professional and helpful with suggesting eating places nearby. It was easy the following morning for our cab driver to pick us up and get us to our next destination in plenty of time. We did not eat inside this hotel because we decided to venture out but I did notice that there were several people sitting inside the hotel restaurant eating. The pricing for the in-hotel restaurant was very reasonable. One thing I noticed is that although this hotel is an older location, it was very clean. The lobby was spotless and sparkling, there wasn't trash or dust on the floor. They also had fruit water in the lobby that was free for anyone who wanted it - very refreshing! We only had one issue: the TV in our bedroom didn't work and no spare blanket was in the closet. I called the front desk and the shift manager came up to our room. She did all she could to try to make the TV work but was unable to. She was willing to move us to another room but we opted to stay where we were since we had already begun to unpack our things. Our stay was peaceful and the pool was very clean. We will stay here again. It's simplistic and worked for us just fine.
