Excellent management and front door lobby staff. The bell hop guys were terrific and over the top helpful. This is a very old property with great character. The property is very convenient to walk or Uber to Tulane Univerairy.

Free parking. Whole block was quite safe well lit at night. It’s next to a hospital (still very quiet) so there’s security patrolling the block at all hours
