Experience waking up to the aroma of fresh-baked pastries from the nearby bakery or spending the day touring downtown wine venues only needing to walk a few steps to return home to this convenient and attractive condo. You won’t miss a moment of the action from the balcony that overlooks shops, restaurants, and of course people. Inside this third-floor unit, you will be delighted to find an open floor plan and 2 private bedrooms. Relish in the feeling of airiness created by the vaulted ceiling in the living room while the chef in your party whips up a tasty treat in the adjacent fully stocked kitchen. Curl up and get cozy on one of the leather sofas and gaze at the electric fireplace or perhaps a football game while sipping a favorite beverage, this is your vacation after all! When your legs are tired from shopping through the town or hiking in our majestic mountains take your pick between 2 lovely bedrooms to relax and recuperate in, a king-sized bed with an attached full bathroom or the queen-sized bed right next door.

This central location will be a splendid place to get the true downtown Leavenworth experience you are looking for!

Please Note:

There is parking at this unit for 1 car.  The space is a carport parking stall with low clearance and only has room for a small to mid-sized car. The driveway is narrow. In winter there is no overnight parking allowed on city streets.

The measurements are:

*Height: 7 feet from floor to ceiling (not a good idea for cars over 6.5 feet tall)
*Width: 7.5 Feet total across.
*Length: 16 feet max in car length.

This unit is located on the 3rd floor and will require you to walk up 2 flights of stairs, as there is no elevator.

If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.
