The beach views at this property are undeniably amazing and the highlight of the stay. However, the apartment itself requires significant attention and did not meet the standards expected for the price.The Issues:Unusable Master Bedroom: The AC in the master bedroom—the room with the view we specifically paid for—did not work. This made the room uncomfortably hot and unusable for sleeping, forcing us to abandon the best part of the apartment.Pests & Odors: The kitchen had a noticeable issue with small black insects. Furthermore, there was a persistent, sticky smell inside the cabinets that was so unpleasant we chose not to use any of the provided utensils or dishes.Bathroom Defects: The shower door is faulty and will not close, resulting in water flooding the bathroom floor with every use. Additionally, the main ceiling light was broken, leaving the space poorly lit.Summary: While the location is beautiful, the "amazing view" cannot make up for a lack of basic maintenance and cleanliness. Between the pests, the broken shower, and the lack of cooling in the bedroom, the property felt neglected. I would not recommend staying here until deep cleaning and essential repairs are completed.
