Very professional staff, Brandon from the front desk, Alfonso from the Stakehouse, and Mario from the main buffet restaurant, just to name a few. They make you feel so welcomed. We love walking the beaches. One of the benefits of staying with RIU is that you can dine in any of their sister RIU hotels in the Hotel Zone if you need a break after walking a couple of hours. We would highly recommend this hotel chain for your Cancun trips.
