The property is nice and beautiful. It's just so loud at nights. Everyone's up till 4-5 in the morning screaming and partying that you can hear them from your room. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing resort it's not a good option. The foods and restaurants were good and clean. Friendly staff.

Was overall happy with my 6nt stay. Only disappoint was not receiving the resort credits as presumed when booking. Which I would have stayed elsewhere, if this detail was advertised with redemption details!! Definitely, false impression on what I view as “resort credits” and no access to more information on what is actually considered a resort credit to either Expedia or RIU

I found the resort outdated nothing much to do and nothing like food or snacks was provided and no room service either. All the bars were closed by 12 pm and as my families about 11 people there was no snacks to eat so it was frustrating and the waiter provided us with peanuts for snacks. I also had issues with the transportation which was booked with Expedia in Mexico and I wasn’t able to book the transportation back and the transport agent gave me the phone number but no one answered so I had to book uber back. I found out of all my Mexico vacation this was a bad experience.

Good hotel, great staff, food was really good this time! LOVE THE RIU PARTY!! So awesome the setup they have. Themed parties, with live dj, entertainment, swimup bars, Food, drinks, and its included! Check the pictures out on their site. The transport to the Riu caribe(location of riu party) are buses that take you and you can come back any time. I would definitely recommend for couples of all ages and singles. Dope atmosphere and felt 100% safe! The hotel Riu Cancun itself has a club down stairs with a theater they put on shows. Definitely worth it!
