Food was good. We had a lot of rain 2nd floor Lobby flooded apparently it happens often when it rains. Hotel staff friendly. Spa services very confusing. Asked for a massage and sauna. I was told to go in the hydro pool. It was hard to explain I only wanted a massage and sauna.

What I like is that the staff was amazing and the property was always clean. What I didn’t like was how small the place for the shows was with no seating available. If you were not there in the beginning to get a seating area you will have to stand up.

Haven definitely deserves a revisit. Everything was virtually PERFECT! Especially the steakhouse restaurant. The steak and side dishes were made with exquisite! Definitely a easy 9.5 out of 10!
