Overall start rating 5 besides entertainment and amenities (talking about basketball court,fusball and pool table) since you had to provide your ID to get the balls and parts for the games that were missing. I personally think that all the equipment should be readily available for people to use at all times, why don't you buy more basketballs and have them stored in a large bins at the court so people can enjoy the game! Unfortunately when the weather isn't great there isn't much to do and extra stuff are only available for members only. A huge thank you to the kitchen staff for accommodating our sons Celiac disease and his special dietary needs. Ricoroberto was excellent and he made sure that every piece of food was prepared safely for him and every day he was asked what he would like to eat so it wasn't repetitive. One night the kitchen chef came out and brought a GF dessert for him, we were very happy. I can confidently say that this place is Celiac safe ands friendly and that's hard to find even in US.

Not a dull moment at this hotel. The room was excellent, superclean, it had great views of the beach and the pool. Nice beds. The staff was amazing. The hotel is beautiful. Special thanks to Guadalupe at the buffet and the valet who was working 02/15. Great people. 💯 recommend this hotel.

The staff were incredible, food was excellent, service was really good, and our overall experience was great. It was easy to get food, drink, or anything we needed. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 as our room was a bit outdated, with thin walls and and a (locked) door connecting our room to another travellers room. This made it hard to sleep at night as we could hear everything from the other side.

The room was nice and the resort was very clean. Breakfast was amazing however I would give the other meals a lower rating. I miss the entertainment that we had several years ago as there have been some changes.

Had a great time at GR Solaris. The rooms were spotless. The staff always made sure we were well served. The entertainment crew were amazing. Shout out to Rubens, Roxane and Santana that took care of the entertainment.

For a short stay maybe we’d return but by Day 4 it got very repetitive in terms of variety in food seeing the same items across multiple days and meal times and the the theme nights offer very little extra selections. Upside was the staff were very friendly and a really great beach.
