Bel hôtel avec un très bon emplacement. Le personnel est très gentil. Le bus pour aller au centre ville se prend à côté de l'hôtel. Le cadre est magnifique

The location of this hotel is great, right in the hotel zone, beach access, lovely pool. However the staff weren’t helpful if things ran out. There was no shampoo in the room so We asked for it. They told us to buy it from their on site minimart. Same thing with the matches which were needed to use the stove they provided. Not sure if they genuinely ran out or if they just didn’t provide it so we would have to purchase our own. We found this strange as they provided a few match sticks but no more. Beyond that, it was a run down hotel but they did their best to cover it up. The bedsheets had holes in it. The towels seemed very very very old, just thin and looked like they were there for 20 years. They were stingy with giving more towel or even beach towels. Things were painted over to look “nice”.

La propiedad no se parece para nada a lo que ponen en fotos por dentro, mi primera vez en Cancún y no lo recomiendo habia hormigas y cucarachas las installations por dentro nada comodo. La parte exterior del complejo de condominios esta bien solo por la area donde se encuentra. En general no volveria a ese lugar.

Chambre aurait besoin d’être rafraichie. Eau tiède et peu de pression. Congélateur fonctionnait mais frigo refroidisissait très peu. Par contre, malgré que c’est vieux, c’était propre. Emplacement idéal piscine et plage privée à quelques pas de la chambre avec auperbe vue.

Ants everywhere

Ants, ants and more ants The first day i asked someone to spray our room because of how many ants we had...no one came. The 2nd day i asked agaim (new person) no one came. We had ants everyday everywhere. Plus a horrible sewer smell in the bathroom. I can overlook the non existant water pressure, the thin walls, the squeaky hard beds but when there's bugs everywhere and my 15 month old son is walking i mean come on.

This place is a absolute dump, beware room 2210

This place is absolutely atrocious. This is not a hotel. This is an apartment/condominium that is being sold as a hotel that is completely rotting away and is not structurally sound. You are first met with an absolute and overbearing stench of sewage when you get to the property. The room which was 2210 is absolutely not fit to be sold on a hospitality level. There is no hot water. The air condition does not work, blankets and pillows are dirty and overbearing musty smell. The electrical plugs are not mounted to the wall and are falling off, we had no electricity in none of our electrical outlets and when we contacted the reservation manager, his response was sorry I can’t help you. My wife got electricity shock the first day turning on the lights.Stay away from condo plaza, spend a little more money and have a positive experience. This place is a dump, read other people’s comments and reviews of how deplorable this place is. If you happen to book a reservation and the reservation agent name is Victor BEWARE he rents 2209 & 2210. I would never return here if it was given for free.

Worst hotel..Cancun Plaza Hotel

Cancun Plaza hotel was the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. The receptionist was horrible for check-in. The AC did function, asked for different room and was denied. I requested for more towels and it was denied. Trust me, stay away from tgis hotel.

This place is mis represented by the website. It is a rundown tired appartment. There is no balcony, it has somehow been incorporated into the appartment. the kitchen top has a massive hole in it obscured by a plastic plate !, the fridge has been had painted, it is generally dischevelled. Why the windows have an X on them with tape, who knows,,

Our room at Cancun Plaza was at one of the most convenient spot. Oxxo is very near. Beach is attached and no crowd at all. Other expensive hotel has very crowded beach. Also, the food of the attached restaurant was really good and at reasonable price.
