Very noisy old rotting air conditioner which was not always functioning. A little bit of mold smell in the room, otherwise its an ok place to stay if you are on a budget. The pool, the beach, the restaurant are all pretty good, the staff is friendly, drinks are good too, everything relatively reasonably priced.

My 3 nights stay at this hotel was fantastic. I found my room safe, clean, comfortable that has a fridge & microwave with a balcony over-looking the pool & ocean. Though the building looks a bit old, it seems well maintained.The staff were friendly & hospitable. Last but not least, it was very convinient to have access to the beach just outside the pool area.

I was worried after seeing negative reviews prior to my trip. However, i had no choice and decided to roll the dice. I'm so glad i did because i absolutely loved this place. The beach, the layout, the staff, the shop, the restaurant, the views, the rooms-- everything i loved. I have to come back in 6 months and then again 6 months after that. I will definitely be returning here. Please don't change anything!

The pictures for this property are very misleading. It is in great disrepair. Very outdated. When I asked for wash clothes, they informed me they didn't have them because of something to do with hygiene. WHAT? Also, our last day there, we couldn't use a CC to pay for breakfast, even though that was how we did it during our stay. This made us short on cash, when it came time to pay for our shuttle, which we were also told that they took a CC. The pool was very nice, and our view was fantastic, even though our "balcony" was only 1 foot deep. That is the only thing that made our stay even remotely nice. I would not recommend this hotel.

The place is good if you’re staying 1-2 nights and if you’re going to be at the parks and don’t want to spend in all inclusive hotel since you’re goin to be all day out. Easy transportation, has a restaurant with good tacos and is a beach front property . The property need some remodeling. Bad smell and the elevator some time doesn’t work is to old .

Not recommended

Great location but overall not a great hotel. Very old and smelly, they are not there to actually you. Plus they make you pay cash a lot saying they have difficulty with credit card debit machines. The cleaning service is not great they just do the minimum and the minimum isn’t too much.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that would have been great is the food was included in the price of the stay. The pool was warm during the day, the room was very nice. The beach was amazing and the food at the resturant was good also.

Very friendly service and clean. Minor updates needed but worth the price. Beautiful beach that was well maintained. Not much to do on the property and limited dining hours. However, nice place to sleep if you have excursions and things to do throughout the day.
