The girl working for French restaurant was racist or against gays. She won’t sit us together. We had 12 people. There was table for 8 and 4 side by side. She refused to sit us together and gave the table to someone else who had 4 of them in the group. I really don’t understand but she was rude whole time. It was my b day dinner and she ruined it.

Breathless is definitely a mid resort - their buffet food is cold and French restaurant overcooked. The alcohol choices for the all inclusive are bottom of the barrel and the Pina coladas are downright gross (they taste like Malibu). Don't even bother with the 'Ocean View' - the side we had looked right onto the busy street and roof with a sliver of a piece of the bay. We ended up enjoying our vacation more when I plussed up to VIP and moved to an Ocean Front suite with access to the VIP lounge including snacks and better alcohol. The rooftop VIP pool is also stunning. The Italian restaurant was pretty good but there's a long wait to get in. I recommend ordering room service for your meals. Overall, as a frequent traveler, I would not recommend this if you are looking to spend your entire time on a luxury resort. If you want something that is low budget, then sure.

I have mixed feelings about the resort. Everyone is nice. The entertainment is great (Fabian) is so good at running the evening shows. The food is amazing and feels gourmet even the bar food though fresh juices are loaded with sugar and served only at specific times which I didn’t appreciate. The room service is so timely and professional. The room is so nice and spacious and the rain shower is a nice touch. The resort is nice yet not compact. The beach is public; there is a defined area for the resort lounges yet every 5-10 min vendors from outside come by offering merchandise. I don’t want to deal with that while I’m on a resort beach and I didn’t feel safe leaving my stuff as I would if I saw resort security preventing outsiders from entering resort lounges area. The beach and water itself is so underwhelming. Don’t expect blue waters, they were green at best and filled with sea herbs. The resort is flanked by two peers and at any given time there are 4-8 boats with their diesel smell in the swimming area driving sea life away. Amenities are nice and makes you feel like a 5 star hotel. The reservation says it included 200 usd resort credit. You can only expense it if you pay around three times more. So it’s just equivalent to a discount on certain services. However they want you to participate in a sales pitch and then the offer becomes more appealing. I didn’t have time for sales presentations so I ended up not able to spend the credit they falsely advertised.

Place was extremely clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Service excellent. Loved the no wrist band and no checking out towels. High tech rooms with goʻd ocean view. The app worked great. Food was above average for cancun resorts. Drinks were great and they had quality brands of liquor. Only negative was it took a while to get is checked in and the pool bar was slow even though not busy both times i went there. Night life was good.

Aparartment is great just lack of manteniance. Remote controlers didn’t work. In the room a very very small tv not in the wall stand so you can’t watch tv in the room. These are great units and it’s a shame they are letting them go old so fast.

Very clean, excellent staff, good entertainment all day/night. Good food. Gener cleaned our room and I was totally impressed- he did a fabulous job. Our room was spotless and turn down service was the best.. The staff was friendly and all seemed to be happy to be there. Great resort and can’t wait to come back!

We had the pool view room. The room was on level 12 of 28. It is the lowest level room and was gorgeous and clean. Plenty of size . 360 degree shower in center of room. Balcony for 2 . Plenty of space for us as we spend little time in the room
