The good news: The hotel is nice and the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean and the beach area is nice. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The bad news: The check-in process seemed slow. We got to the hotel 5 and a half hours later than expected due to flight delays and they said our room wasn’t ready which we thought was a little odd. The worst part was that we both got food poisoning and had to spend the last day and a half in our room. Since the vacation was only for 3 nights it was disappointing. We are pretty sure the food poisoning came from the outdoor bbq that we attended the first night we were there. Perishable food and hot temperatures don’t mix!

I did not like that the resort travel sales reps took more than 90 minutes to bribe me to commit to a time share which took away from my vacation experience. They was also aggressive when I did not show interest in moving forward with the purchasing process. I was at the sit down for over 150 minutes and got very irritated. There should be compensation given when the 90 minutes is exceeded besides the standard $250.00. Other than this flaw of the property. I would give this property a 5 out of 5.

Nice property with plenty of restaurant options just be prepared to wait as they don’t take reservations (understandably.) The food was actually really good for an all inclusive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When you check in they do try to get you to sign up to attend a presentation about becoming a “member.” They try to entice you with free spa services etc. but they weren’t pushy when we said we weren’t interested. This is lively hotel with a fun night life but there are areas that are quiet as well. Our room was up to date and clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall nice stay.

Hotel was fantastic food and drink was amazing, Excellent customer service and the rooms are modern and clean. However not satisfied with the one thing that tourist really care about I was really disappointed with the fact that beaches are open to the public (therefore didn’t feel safe) lots of seaweeds, shallow water and horrible smell. So let’s be clear the hotel is adults only, but because the beaches are open to the public there’s kids running all around. I wish I knew this before.

Este hotel es un 20/10 Mi primera vez en México y definitivamente acerté en coger este majestuoso hotel, el personal es TOP, restaurantes TOP… Nada negativo!!! Solo mejorar la música en la discoteca ya que es más americana. Pero como quiera disfrutamos en cantidad… Me quería quedar hajaja

Great AI resort, very clean, staff was super attentive and nice. Pools are nice and clean. Great food and great drinks. Beach is public, but it was super clean with a lifeguard on duty.

The resort is very dirty and extremely loud. The customer service is terrible. My first room had public hair in the bathroom and on the toilet so they told me the room wasn’t cleaned yet so why would you give me this room that was a lie. The second room had hair on the coffee table and was right over the pool where they had an extremely loud party till 11pm. The food was terrible. The employees were nice at breakfast but that’s all I can say.

Great food and excellent services provided ! The room has the latest tech and well designed ! Love the shower room that two can shower the same time . Particularly liked the staff - a new employee Sam who lead the dance party and we had a blast with her !

Beach wasn’t nice. Room service was extremely slow. Mini-bar was limited. Difficult to find info on excursions and airport shuttle services. On the upside, all the restaurants served excellent food and there were a good selection of bars throughout the property.
