The activities were always delayed, sometimes up to 30 minutes. The lazy river left a lot to be desired. The food was always good. We were very disappointed booking with Expedia, as the price quoted with taxes and fees was $800 less than what we were charged. Also the $400 credit was in the form of coupons. For example, pay $100 USD and get $25 off. Everything at the resort was 2-3 times more expensive than what it was a home, like sun screen, vanilla, clothing or even Tajin. "
