"There is no airport shuttle provided by the resort, however on their site they have a link to book with a trusted company. Pickup was smooth, took a little time waiting around but it was no issue! My husband and I booked a private shuttle for just us two. It was a smooth 30 min ride from the airport The staff were all helpful, beautiful, friendly people looking to help make our stay comfortable Our room was a 10/10. Very clean and beautiful modern style. We had a swim up room with was nice but not as I expected since they were renovating areas of the resort near the room. The tv was a nice size and comfortable enough for my husband and I to even put something on Netflix and relax and lay down. Wow, the wildlife on the resort was my favorite. Coati run this place. We even saw a monkey! I am a fan of Mexican food so I was disappointed to find there were more American cuisine options in the buffet than anything else. There was a nice variety of things in the buffet though. There are also other food spots around like a sports bar and a poolside fast food spot. Even an ice cream parlor. The dine in restaurants were a much nicer option once we made reservations. It’s all included which was nice. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from. The resort was big with lots of areas to lounge. The beach was nice too but the pools definitely dominate. When we were there they were doing renovations so keep that in mind. It didn’t affect our stay really. "

"The building is in poor condition, rooms requires lots of work; shuttle is needed for beach and main pool access (long walk from some buildings); beach was poorly cleaned from seaweed; food was average; drinks/juices were all artificial tasting; pools were clean but as usual seating was limited from people saving spots; shows were really late. "
