Wonderful staff and a small intimate all inclusive. The population was mid range (50ish) but unfortunately not much night life activities (no club, and the pool closes at 8pm)

The hotel itself is small but it’s nice and very clean. The food is very limited and the seasoning is not good. The breakfast buffet is the SAME exact food every single day! The Mexican restaurant Lola is hardly a Mexican restaurant. The food is not authentic at all. If you want to come here to rest you will rest but I won’t come back because of the food. I have been to the Hyatt Ziva and Zilara in Cancun and the food was so much better. I have also done the Hyatt Ziva in Puerto Vallarta and Los Cabos and the food was better. Also the beach here is the best compared to the surrounding hotels. They hardly have a beach and their facilities look run down. Oh yeah we left my beach bag with some water shoes and sunscreen and it was stolen. We left it in the beach palapa and when we came back it was gone. We think it could have been someone walking the beach in the morning. Overall the facility is nice but due to the food we won’t be coming back.

I’m not sure what people are talking about when they say the food isn’t good. We had nothing but wonderful dining options. Are there a ton of restaurants, no, but we thought the food was really good. Rooms were clean and at night it was quiet on the tropical view side.
