"Me me my partner went to location had cops called on us for no reason and got kicked out due to some other people issues next door, ruined our experience and time. Had to find another room and staff wouldn’t understand our story and made us the bad people when my partner and I had nothing to do with it."

"Room was clean and well stocked with complimentary snacks. Pool area is fabulous! Had lunch at Low Tide and it was very good although never got a coffee refill and our server wasn’t very nice. The only complaint about the hotel is our room had an adjoining door and we could hear everything the people in the other room said, it was very loud. Apparently, the hotel knows this is a problem and is working it out so that should be resolved soon. Great experience overall"

"Great location. Easy walk to wharf and the beach. Suggest bringing own pillow as theirs are small, hard and lumpy."

"Beds were absolutely horrible, extra plush, you can feel body indentations in the mattresses. Pillows were trash!! Rooms were very clean though, Soo appreciated. Room 214 bathroom door only opened half way."
