"Parking can be treacherous. The police must be funding their retirement plans by writing lots of tickets. How can you have a Loading/Unloading zone for 3 minutes? It took me 15 minutes to get a parking permit from the hotel, and I already had a ticket on the windshield."

"All the staff & houskeeping were very friendly & accommodating, upgraded our cottage with out asking, taught me about the grounds, beautiful succulant plants, the Eagle that comes to their Eucalyptus trees & about the Monarch Butterflies they save their eggs inside until they hatch & have released over 4000. I actually got to see one coming out of its cocoon. Exciting! Very nice continental breakfast that they delivered to our cottage. The views of the ocean are the best & even if it was cool & foggy, it was warn & sheltered on their grounds. We truly enjoyed our stay!!! We do recommend staying here & even though it's close to Capitola village, it's hilly & you'd want to take your car & find parking."
