There is nothing that I can think of that I was not happy with! Everything about your Hotel was a very pleasant experience! We were traveling from California to Seattle on a road trip so it was nice to know that we could get some much needed rest and didn’t have to worry about loud noises! Parking was plentiful and not costly at all. A lot of greenery surrounding this hotel. Pool is amazing. Showers and faucets provide excellent water pressure. Everything is properly clean and sanitized daily. Great lobby for work or business activities, allowing for an environment where one can work peacefully. Will book again if I visit Santa Cruz in the future.

Staff was nice and helpful. Mattresses were uncomfortable. One mattress was completely broken down - could feel the springs. Breakfast was okay.
