We have stayed at the Dream Inn a number of times, with our kids, as a couple and recently with our two grandsons. We had a great stay, swimming, beach, wharf and Boardwalk all in walking distance. What’s not to like? Staff is super friendly

You are paying for a great location. The rooms feel old & the beds/bedding are very uncomfortable for the price of this hotel. The room is not worth the price, so only spend the money if you really want the location.

Our expectations were high since we had stayed there once before. This trip was a tad disappointing. The hotel overall was nice in the lobby but other than that was pretty worn down for the price. Our room was dirty on the walls with old scuff marks and the shower and floors being pretty smelly. I get that we are near the beach but was not worth the price we paid. We also paid 30 dollars to park across the street and there was no parking! There were big metal storage containers also taking up so many parking spots. That we felt was a tad unfair to pay 30 dollars and not be able to park. I mean we waited around for almost an hour for someone to leave. The pool area was overly crowded and the round cabana area were dirty with old food in between the cushions. We were celebrating my sons birthday and although we were excited about staying there other than the location which that in itself was not as appealing with with homeless sleeping on hotel side beach our concern for safety was sad. Sadly we will not be returning or recommending.

Alexis at the pool service was so kind and cheerful. We appreciated her service! Check in staff was also top notch and made sure to text us as soon as our room was ready (we arrived early). Bathrooms need a lot of maintenance. Hand held shower heads can’t work independently of the shower head above. Tub drain was very clogged. We will be back for the location and ocean access!

The pool area closes at 10pm but they start closing down the fire pits at 9:00 pm and the bar closes at 8:40pm they really should let people know.
