Terrible valet parking. Room wasn’t ready

No parking available at valet. Had to pay for metered parking outside. Checked in at 4:30pm and room was not available till after 5:30pm. Hotel and valet do not operate as a single business. They appear to be separate. Valet parking is the only option and their setup is a nightmare.

Very comfortable bedding, clean rooms. Parking was a nightmare—we had to circle for nearly an hour. The rate we were charged was higher than what we were quoted, and when I asked for a couple of extra pillows, they never showed up. Service from the manager was also very underwhelming and far from what you’d expect at this level. If you’re looking for luxury experience, keep searching elsewhere.

Not customer friendly, poor way to check in. Cafe employee gave us the wrong information regarding closing hours for dining. Ordered take out , front desk receive it and did not call us to pickup food, we waiting , but had to check and call the desk . At check out carts for your suit case are located in the basement parking area not in the lobby, unheard of this before. I have been a marriott member for over 30 year, this is the only time that I've been very unhappy with the services John Danelon
