Peaceful Seabright Townhome Retreat Near Boardwalk & Yacht Harbor
Inviting, clean townhome in the heart of Seabright. Located on a quiet street, between Yacht Harbor and the Beach Boardwalk, and a small walk to Seabright Beach; the largest beach Santa Cruz has to offer! Three levels provide a spacious amount of living area, very conducive for families. The Master and 2nd bedroom, along with full bath, are on the lower level. The main level includes a separate living room, dining room, gallery kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities. Numerous sunlit areas encourage gathering to share stories after a day at the beach. Granite countertops along with stools are in the gallery kitchen. Microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster and all necessary cookware are available for dining in home. The dining room table seats 6, and the living room with LCD TV, is a place to relax and enjoy. A half bath is also on the main level. There is a 3rd large loft bedroom on the upper level with entrance by circular staircase. Sliding wood and glass doors ensure privacy, but when open provides a lofted spacious feel. There are two decks, one adjacent to the master bedroom and the second large deck outside the living room. A BBQ grill is available on the main deck for outdoor grilling and enjoyment.
