This is the second time I'm staying at this property. I love how clean it is. The lobby is beautiful and the front desk staff is welcoming and friendly. So glad I chose to stay here..next time I come up in the fall I'll stay here again...

We were in Santa Cruz for the half marathon, Surfer's Path half marathon. We had good time, location was close to the start and finish line. Breakfast was descent. Hotel looked brand new, was well maintained.

Good location for the beach
Great location close to the beach, large spacious room which was clean (apart from a suspect stain on the armchair), secure chargeable parking. My only complaint was the breakfast room doors were firmly shut at 9am which felt very early. There was a sign stating breakfast was until 9am, which I’d missed, and thankfully we’d got some breakfast just before the doors were closed. 9am just felt very early for holidaymakers and there was no warning or chance to pop back in to get anything before the doors closed which upset my children.

We have a tall vehicle and werent aware of the underground parking when we made the reservation. The staff accommodated us by letting us park at the front entrance. We really appreciated their kindness and accommodations.
