Excellent, reasonably priced for a spear-of-the-moment weekend getaway. Amenities are good and downtown Carmel is a few minutes drive.

Staff are very friendly. Unfortunately we had an "egg smell" from our bathroom shower every time we used it. I spoke to the front staff and they said maintenance would look at it but never heard anything back. Otherwise the hotel is very convenient. The pool and hot tub was very nice.

It is a lovely property in Carmel. The car ride is a few minutes drive, not within walking distance of the beach. The pool and hot tub were great, mainly because it was a heated pool. The room itself was spotless and comfortable. Parking was tedious; I had to do a few laps around the property to find parking. It was a bit pricey, but it was a good stay overall.

The location of this hotel was excellent. Easy drive to Carmel by the sea, Big Sur and the Carmel mission. However, I did notice the hotel was understaffed, especially when trying to order room service

It was lovely. Quiet, right off the route to go to Point Lobos, which we went to. Had a great pool and jacuzzi which we did not use but looked great. Restaurant was delish and accomodating, even though it looks not busy, it's great! Wish it was open for lunch.

Worst hotel in Carmel
There was a homeless crackhead in the pool area harassing everyone. The hotel was dirty and did not look as nice as it did in the pictures. They have a ton of hidden fees and I’m still finding charges on my card after I’ve already left that they continue to add on. The hotel isn’t cheap but it sure felt like a cheap motel. Stay anywhere else when you visit Carmel.
