"Checking in was terrible. The lady seemed new at the front desk and didn’t ask the proper question to find our reservation even when I gave her the number. She still couldn’t find it. You have to get buzzed in now to even enter the hotel. It’s that bad in the area. I’m sure when it use to be so decent out there.
Second we paid for a king bed. I mean they couldn’t have put us in a smaller room
That we paid extra for and a terrible view.
There is no pool. No jacuzzi. And they dont clean you room till you leave??!! Jeez terrible customer service.. My fiancé got sick and is still sick from Being there.
Parking is so dangerous on the side street. It was ghetto. I personally will never stay here again. We stayed once in 2018. 2021 was the last time I’ll ever stay there. Literally it’s just a place to sleep. And the rooms couldn’t be any smaller. People up front seem pretty clueless how to run the hotel snd short staffed. Even the maid I ran into while at the elevator said her son hates her working there. I mean how sad. Personally if book across the street with better views and much better amenities. "
