Television was not working. From check in to after we left room to go to a show, someone from the hotel was in the room. (over 4 hours after check in) It didn’t allow us to rest and made us feel uncomfortable leaving our stuff in the room.

I was driving up from Los Angeles and checked in over the phone at 4 PM, When I arrived at 2:30AM, they had checked me into the wrong room (A queen) when I had a junior suite for my roommates and I. I had to sleep on an uncomfortable cot they hastily provided. Luckily, they made me whole and gave me my correct room for my second night.
