we let them know that we had car trouble and had Travelocity insurance and needed to cancel our reservation they said no they could not do it so we contacted traelosity and they said no why id we have insurance? this is a not satisfactory experience will never book with Travelocity again.

The kitchen stove/oven dirty. Microwave was dirty. Windows wouldnt stay open,had to use a plastic bottle to keep it open. Otherwise our stay wad comfortable. Staff wad very friendly.

This was one of the worst stays I have had in a hotel...$150 a night and no housekeeping? Then the shower drain and the sink drain were clogged, they didn't have enough dishes and pans for the kitchenette, and the breakfast....are you kidding me? Grab and go is fine, but mini muffins and mini granola bars? I will NEVER stay at an extended stay ever again. I would give negative stars if I could

I was charged twice for my stay and still had no answer as to why. Was just given a receipt and that was about it.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The room was very dirty. Blankets and pillows were dirty. The floor was so dirty even food from pst guest on floor. Front desk people had terrible service. Would always “run out” of pillows, towels, blankets and sheets and could not provide them during our stay. Not worth the price we paid, not worth paying at all. The hotel in general has a bad odor and is unclean. There is no continental breakfast, only coffee and so stale muffins.
