Facility was nice, room was very spacious and the property was lovely. It felt safe. Breakfast options were not great and they ran out of a lot of the foods before breakfast was actually over but not a huge deal. The kitchen was short on utensils and didn’t have a lot of dishes so not great for cooking there. Convenient location and we enjoyed our stay.

Fan would automatically turn om, even though I had it manually off. Cold air on my face while sleeping wasn't pleasent. Toilet too low to the ground, poor design. Shower would take 3-4 minutes to get warm. The shutoff for the tub needs to be fixed, almost half the water that should have come from the shower head, would instead fill in the tub. Could never get hot water out of any sink, I had to use the coffee maker to make hot water. It was almost as if the gas for all sinks were shut off. Sofa Bed was uncomfortable, felt like it wasn't in the best condition. Luckily the sofa chair they had was extremely comfortable as a back up. Parking is $10 per night, which isn't correct based on Hotels.com Phone had no contact info on it, for anything in the hotel. Internet based on the website claims Travel Pass users with fast speed Internet, this location doesn't have that. I used a slow 5 Mbps, I ended up using my phone as a hotspot/cell covsrage for a faster connection. The setup/layout was very nice. Quiet area, no noise.

If you are looking for value that comes with a quiet setting than look no further. This place has it all. A home style design with features you can feel like you didn't leave home. Clean, safe and quiet. The staff here are outstanding to make your stay a pleasant one.

My sister fell in bath tub due to the very slippery tub, she was hurt badly. When I asked if they had bath tub mats, desk girl goes to the back , comes out and hands me 1??? They had a way to prevent this, but didn't, Very UNHAPPY Breakfast is big only week days, weekend, cold cereal and old muffins and yogurt. I WASN'T HAPPY for what I paid!!!! I felt cheated

On the street to the entrance of the hotel there are parking several junky RVs of homeless people. I agree, this is the new picture of many US cities. But it is still annoying.

The manager Charles was great! He came out of his office and interacted making sure everything was ok. Not many hotels do that. It was nice having a full kitchen and separate bedrooms also! We will always try to stay there when we're in that area.

We asked for pool towels and were only given 2. They said come back the next day. We asked for towels to take a shower and were given 2 for a family of 5. There is a homeless encampment right in front of the hotel. Front staff had were not friendly. There were still crumbs on the floor from the previous guests. Will not retuen and do not recommend.
