Hotel in disrepair

Was horrible. Broken down rooms stained bathtubs broken doors and in total disrepair. We left immediately upon entering the room and did not stay there. Will never go back.

Worst hotel ever, don't stay there. Cockroaches in every room, no water en 2 of the 6 rooms we had, no warm water en 5 of the 6 rooms. The reception people are terrible, no nice at all, they gave out our rooms that were already reserved. Should be closed for good

Don’t stay here.

Breakfast was bad coffee and those packaged lard muffins. The AC was so dirty and dripped water all over. Parking lot was filthy (chicken bones, beer cans, other items). Sketchy people all around. The door looked like it had been busted in and repaired MANY times. Tried to shower and the handle came off. Little roaches on the walls and ? Quite frankly, I am concerned that this option is offered as a Wyndham. God Awful

The room is dirty. The facility seems poorly maintained. So called breakfast is included are just poor quality coffee, juice and muffins. The condition of the room is poor. There are cockroaches in the room. The staffs did not give guests warm feeling.

Cockroaches. COCKROACHES. No answer at the front desk phone on multiple occasions. Not really sure if there is full time management at property. Left my garbage outside the front door every morning and it was rarely picked up (maybe the reason for cockroaches? Although there is the intense aroma of insect repellent in the room) Bath is advertised as roll-in but is just a standard tub with hand bars on the wall. It is dirty and the bars are falling off the wall. Toilet seat is also broken. Bedding is freshly washed but stained. Room ceiling has cobwebs and black stains (mold?) Parking lot is a mess and a hang out for long-term residents well into the night.

Misleading hotel

Do not book your stay here at all. Photos on page will be very misleading, but once you get into your room, you will see so many things wrong. When addressing issue, front desk agent seemed agitated and annoyed, and didn’t seem like they wanted to help. Only offered partial refund because it was reported an hour after check in

It was a very rundown place. We asked the receptionist Krishna as to how he expects us to stay in such a place. He said because we booked through Hotels.com, there was nothing he could do. He asked us to take our grief to you guys. Hotels.com should have never recommended this place. We trust your website to help us finding a good place but this was so bad. I am so disappointed. I have booked many times with you guys and now I am doubtful.
