The whole place smelled like bleach and our room had cracks on the wall and bugs crawling all over the place. There were homeless people hanging around the hotel. We traveled with a group of people and everyone had the same experience. One family had water dripping from the ceiling. Another family had mold on the walls.

I’m not going to sugar coat this. This has been, by far, the WORST hotel experience of a lifetime. We are part of a traveling club, and we stay in a myriad of hotels with our entire team. The worst? Expedia refuses any part of a refund when the hotel is pretty much inhabitable. To be associated with this “hotel” is to be associated with poor reputation. 2 room changes in 2 nights due to a bug infestation is unacceptable. This is so shameful, I can’t even put into words.

Heard the gym equipment didn't work well. Homeless people were knocking in our doors at night which didn't make us feel safe. Air conditioner is old and now I'm sick. One of our kids had asthma issues and couldnt compete in the judo tournament we went up for probably cuz the air conditioner was so old. The lobby was nice but rooms are old and outdated. No restaurant and bar available like they advertised. It was conveniently located to our venue so that was great. A live cockroach was found in one of our rooms and water dripped in another. Gross!

I found 2 cockroaches in my room. I have photos to share. The hotel itself smells like bleach as clearly there is water damage and mold. All of the surrounding areas hotels were booked so I couldn’t find alternative options. My children are 8 and 9 and asthmatic and kept complaining about breathing in their room. We stayed mostly in the lobby area during our stay, other than that we avoided the hotel as much as possible.

There are a couple concerns that need addressing regarding my room. 1. I had a do not disturb sign on my door. I believe the staff came in my room while I was gone. 2. The faucet in my room sprayed all over the counter when turned on.

During my stay, I requested housekeeping in advance since the hotel makes it optional, and I even reminded the staff before leaving in the morning. Unfortunately, no one ever came to service the room. On the first night, I approached the front desk to ask about it, and the staff member told me there was nothing he could do because it was too late and housekeeping had already left. I then asked for clean towels, and at first he said he was too busy to help. I explained that I had no clean towels and was traveling with children, at which point he went to the back and brought out a couple, but not a full set as I requested. I found the lack of responsiveness and the dismissive attitude very disappointing. A basic level of service and courtesy was missing, which significantly impacted the comfort of my stay.

It was OK, the price was right and it was pretty clean. Our room had a bad odor, balcony was very dirty but they did have it locked and unaccessable. Beds were clean, carpet in bedroom dirty, bathroom clean. Very friendly staff.

Dirty room with prior coke & beer bottles left behind the desk/table & a broken sink faucet that leaked all over the counter, soaking our toiletry bags/items. They advertised free breakfast but was told the restaurant had closed so there was no breakfast offered any longer.

we had to change rooms 3 times, the first room smelt bad and was really smoky. the second room we got changed too the ac didn’t work, and finally the third room was decent but there was stains on the wall that looked like blood. i do not recommended staying here. don’t get fooled by the good reviews
