Dirty room with bad odor

I reserved a suite that included a separate bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the family room. As we made our way to the second-floor room, there was a strong and unpleasant odor lingering in the hallway. The carpet in our room was visibly dirty, with multiple stains scattered across different areas. The sofa, which was meant to serve as additional sleeping space, was in terrible condition and the zippers on the cushions were torn, causing the foam inside to spill out of the cushions. The TV was hanging crooked on the wall, and overall it looked like this property needs a major rehaul.
