We stay in room 163. We were just there overnight had no hot running water and the faucet we had attended an event when we got back around 10 there was a party. There were numerous kids running around in that main lobby while I guess their parents were inside that oak room, also asked the reception person when we checked in if they have coffee early in the morning and she said oh yes, they set it up every morning now my thing is I went down the next morning to get coffee and there was a man there and I imagine he’s more of a supervisor Than anything because he told me they stop putting coffee out there anymore because the person they had to clean their coffee pots wasn’t cleaning up so they weren’t gonna do nothing about it. They were just serving coffee. My suggestion is whoever took it over. it’s in a display. The kids weren’t listening to the receptionist Day when we were checking out, the guy said they stole the party that had the party or the kids stole a bunch of stuff from their pantry area so that means there was no control. They gave us a handicap room when I didn’t request the handicap room was just wrong. It was just wrong , so I don’t recommend that place unless you just going and leaving you know it is just that it’s not up to par. I think I would look elsewhere next time and I have to check some places out but was disappointed. We stayed there before and had no problems and now we did so I’m very disappointed.
