Front desk lady that was working Thursday 7/31 around 7pm was one of the coldest and unfriendly hotel workers Ive ever encountered. She didn't greet me or tell me anything about the property. Then she gave us an accessible room for some reason even though I never requested this on a non busy weekday. It was so inconvenient having things lower than normal. Breakfast was okay but my wife found a hair in the omelette because the workers don't wear hairnets. One elevator was down for 2 nights and on the final morning all the elevators broke down and you could only usw the stairs. I don't know why this place has 9.0 when it's more like 7.0. Never coming here again.

The only thing I didnt like is having to pay for parking, like why? Also why are they leaving a note to tip housekeeping, like why isn't the company paying the staff a good salary,why do they want the client to give them a tip for them performing their job. Not good, never will I stay at a Hyatt

I was pleasantly surprised with the Hyatt Hotel. The employees were friendly and attentive. I will be using this hotel in the future. It was clean. The gym was nice. And the pool was a fun family area. I mainly enjoyed the kitchen amenities. I highly recommend the stay.
