They denied I had a reservation. Steve at the check in is a piece of work. What unprofessional behavior. Long line of people attempting to check in for over an hour and then turned me away despite my confirmation from Travelocity. Steve and the other large dark hair women are just awful. They give Hilton a bad name

This is the 2nd that I was told on attempt to check in that I did not have a reservation and was told I could pay for a reservation if I wanted one? Steve is the same person that did this prior. I had to leave the hotel, get another uber , find a pay for a last minute reservation and spend 1.5 hours on the phone and Travelocity transferring me and putting me on hold. Travelocity after 1.5 hours and after 10 pm told me to go back to the hotel ???then questioned what Horel I went to? I travel to San Jose every week for 4 years now and work in San Jose, I know what hotel and recognized the jerk “Steve” as he had done this before and he embarrassed me in the busy lobby by basically kicking me out. Travelocity did NOT support or care about anything I was saying

The checking staff were kind and courteous. They charged $39 to park a car in the parking lot for the night. This is not mentioned during booking. We got a room on the 3rd floor. The hallway rug was very dated, dirty and wrinkled up everywhere. The room was also very dated, the carpet was dirty and there was a dirty black sock in the closet. The bathroom sink had a hair in it. The room does not have coffee, or a coffee maker, and the TV is not a smart TV, offering only set channels. The bed was comfortable. We went to have dinner at the steakhouse advertised on the elevator doors, however it was closed indefinitely. This place needs a serious update.

The rooms need an update. Our room was not clean (found hair on towels), recycle in the trash…. I’ve requested to change the room and it was the same situation…. Definitely not Hilton level for the Hilton price. Starbucks- one person working, line 40 min long. Were there for a convention - they should’ve staffed up.

This hotel is gross, it's old, their stains all over the carpets, and they host fur con, some furry convention for adults who enjoy dressing up in fur costumes.
