The lobby was nice and really convenient to walk to the convention center. However they put us in an ADA room for some reason and it smelled like smoke. There was hair in the tub drain and I had to call 3 times for extra towels. There is also no valet. But the bellman was very helpful.

It was a last minute stay & although there didn't seem to be much availability (overpaid rate on room availability) It felt surprisingly empty. I called for some extra pillows but they never arrived. Maybe light staffing? Otherwise clean and near SAP.
