Staffs are courtesy and professional. Breakfast was great, especially the bacon quiches. housekeeping services are excellent when needed because I only requested the services as needed. The Airport is less than 10 minutes away. Light rails station is 6 minutes from Hotel. It’s SF, Monterey, can be reached by BART or CALTRAIN

Front desk staff was amazing! Food service staff for breakfast was rude. All I asked for was a bowl for the oatmeal. The staff proceeded to talk about us in Spanish and not in a good way. I guess they thought we wouldn’t understand. But we do. Very unprofessional!!
