I booked this hotel as opposed to other for 2 reasons: 1. Airport Shuttle (proximity) and 2. Electric Vehicle Charging. What they failed to disclose is that the EV chargers are for Teslas only. When I needed the hotel shuttle to the airport, I was told that I had to wait over 1.5 hours despite my asking about reserving a spot the night before.

This hotel is 5 minutes away from the terminal, very convenient for travel in and out of the San Jose airport. The staff are very courteous and helpful, one of the best airport friendly hotel, highly recommend!
