First time at your hotel. It is fresh, clean, and convenient to our favorite restaurant... Original Joe's. It is also close to the 280 on/off ramps. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Very accommodating amenities and staff.

Okay Place to Stay
Front desk staff was lovely and checkin was quick and easy. Getting into the parking area was confusing, but once we figured it out, we felt very comfortable parking in the garage. Our room definitely needed dusting and vacuuming done in corners and along the edges. The bathroom needs a fresh coat of paint because you could see that something was thinly painted over. The sink was odd because the faucet didn’t come out far enough from the back of the sink and it was difficult to rinse hands. The shower pressure was very strong, but the tub filled with water while showering due to slow drainage. The bed were comfortable and pillows were perfect. My biggest complaint is how noisy our room was. We could hear everything happening on the street and everything happening in the hallway.

Great stay all around!
We arrived right before our 3pm check in time. There was a line but it was the fastest check in I have ever experienced at a hotel. I can't remember the gentleman's name at the front desk but he was extremely friendly and helpful. We parked our car in the garage and were in our room within 5 minutes and then began calling in a pizza for a late lunch/early dinner. Everything was within a 15 minute walk so the car never left the garage, which was really nice to know it was safe. Breakfast was quite nice for a hotel buffet breakfast, had everything you could want and was decent. Check out not being until noon was a god send especially after a night of drinking downtown. We went back to our room and laid down after breakfast and took a little nap. When we were ready we headed down and check our was just a "we're leaving" and he took down our room number because you need the room key to get in and out of the parking garage.

No parking close by. Theres a garage you can park in right there but they wanted i think $60! We were only staying one night, actually only needed it for 12 hours! No thank you. Room was good, clean and comfortable. Breakfast started at 7, we had to leave at 6:45- 6:50 and they were firm with that 7:00 start time so that was disappointing since breakfast was the deciding factor in choosing this hotel.

Convenient location, close to SJSU where I needed to go. Breakfast complimentary with good options. Good property conditions (looks recently renewed). Little noisy late at nights, as it is close to a light train and not far away of airport. I could hear the bells of the light train late at night and some airplanes here and there. Still, other options were closer to airport so probably would be worst in terms of noise.

Stay was great, room was great. Parking was terrible. They charged me 90 dollars for 2 nights and I wasn’t even able to park in the structure because the lot was full. Didn’t get a refund when asked for one.
