Wonderful place to stay. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would have given 5 stars if the mattress had been better. It was sunken in the middle and my husband and I felt like we were rolling down hill trying to sleep.

Property was clean. Breakfast was decent. Bed was comfortable. They definitely need to figure out how to allow people to check in early. You have to wait until 3:00 to check in. They won’t allow you to check in prior. They need an ice machine on the first floor.

This hotel reserved a wrong bed size for us and couldnt correct the mistake and wanted me to call expedia to fix it. Horrible experience and receptionist disconmected the call with expedia that was trying to help me. Poor customer service and a bad start of our 3 day weekend.

Very nice property. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. Mini fridge in the room was good size. The fitness room was adequate, but only had one treadmill so you have to get there early in order to use it. I did not use the pool, but it seemed really nice and always had lots of families making use of it. The floor plan of the property seemed a bit odd and maze-like. Breakfast in the morning was very good. There is lots of parking at the property, but when the hotel is sold out it still fills up. Twice I arrived after 11 PM and they were no spots to park. I saw a few other cars attempting to park and we had to park along no-parking fire lane curbs because there was nowhere else to park. Multiple grocery options nearby, but not much dining unless you like fast food. I was in town to visit family, and would certainly consider staying at Maple Tree Inn again.
