We woke up in the morning to a leaking roof. The whole kitchen floor was wet. I slipped and grab the counter so I wouldn’t fall. I requested a refund but haven’t heard anything back. I spoke with Silvia who was at the front desk at the time. I am requesting a refund.

The staff were very helpful and friendly! The free breakfast was very nice to have. The room was clean and matched the description. However I did find that some of the towels and bedsheets had some few small debris/hair on them though.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast had tons of options. The room was clean and spacious. Its an older property and nect to a freeway so some noise during the night but overall great for the price.
