We woke up in the morning to a leaking roof. The whole kitchen floor was wet. I slipped and grab the counter so I wouldn’t fall. I requested a refund but haven’t heard anything back. I spoke with Silvia who was at the front desk at the time. I am requesting a refund.

It was acceptable. Not much parking, so lots of walking involved. Night attendant was grumpy but overall not a huge issue. Room was clean and had good amenities, would stay again in a pinch.
