I trip in the properry looking fir my room . The area is so dark and could not seethe building nunber the walkway was sn even causing me to trip and fell hit my face on the roygh cemented paveway. It took a long while for the receptionist to ask for help just of an ice to put on my face and i have to walk back in this dark pathway to get ice for mt face. Nobody even offer help i went to emergency room and my eye doctor because my classes was broken. This stay in Residence inn at Sunnyvale is a nightmare cost me pain and additional expenses and I have not heard from the management of this hotel

Sylvia, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience during your recent stay. My name is James and I am the Front Office manager. I apologize that I am not just responding to you ( I had taken a couple days off for my birthday) An incident report has been filed and sent to our Loss prevention department on the 15th. Someone from that department should be reaching out to you within the next couple of days. I would further like to extend our sincerest apologies that the desk agent never offered help of any sorts. This is very uncharacteristic of our staff here. Typically we bend over backwards for any and all of our guests. So when I read that no one offered you help it was shocking to say the very least! Again someone from our corporate office will be reaching out to you if they haven't already. If you would like to further discuss any other aspects to your stay I am available to you at your earliest convenience please call the hotel directly and ask for James.

Would stay again

Close to the freeway is a real plus. It is an older hotel, so does not offer some of the upgrades that you can find at newer Inns. Over all it was a very pleasant place to stay, the staff was very nice and helpful. The grounds are well maintained. The breakfast assortment was very tasty. I would stay here again.

Good Business Hotel

I stay there every 3 months. Always nice and clean. Once they had overbooked and sent me to nearby property of their's on Lakeside.
