Upon arriving to the room we noticed right off there was no coffee, we had brought coffee with us but, the coffee pot took special style and I had to request from the front desk, also there was no blow dryer which the front desk had maintenance bring everything needed, that housekeeping didn't provide.

Very bad was so disappointed and disgusted that we had to find out there was a rat in our room! We noticed our fruit was bitten in with a hole and all the creamers in the kitchen was gone over night found them underneath the couch chewed up and bit into pieces about 4 creamers noticed while I was looking for my Tylenol bottle and moved the couch and all the stuff was bitten and my Tylenol as well all chewed up! Then they moved us into a new room and come to find out there was a locked door seemed like it there was a machine in there, don’t know what was in there made these load! Noice all night non stop just a horrible and disgusted experience I hope I can get my money back
