When we checked into the hotel the staff member was on the phone the entire time. She did not take a second to acknowledge that she would be right with us. We were also on the 3rd floor and were woke up early around 6am by feet running on the 4th floor.

The bed was too hard, the bathroom was good. It has a great shower. The room was spacious. The balcony felt like it was falling. Not many channels to choose from on the t.v. Overall, it was an okay place to stay.
