"The room was clean and the bed comfortable. However, although we’ve stayed here many times, we likely won’t stay again. A noisy work crew that was staying there woke us up very early with laughing and talking. Our room was near the lobby. The breakfast is very poor. The rooms are never dark due to shutters and not black out curtains. The remote didn’t work well. The staff was courteous and allowed us to park in a handicapped spot because the work crew took up so many parking spots there were none left otherwise."

"There was no hot water for the shower and the room service took twice the time they said. Beautiful view of the ocean from our room though. The hotel is nice but is pretty bare bones with the amenities. Plan on using valet isles you want to drag all your stuff across the street to the parking lot."
