"We had so much fun at this place. We had some issues with the housekeeping but other than that we are recommending this place to other folks. We'll be coming back again"

"There was a lot of construction work being done on the property itself in the building next-door. We were not told that there was work being done so we could hear the hammering and sawing. There was a lot of machinery in the hallways, big fans using to dry up the carpet housekeeping cart blocking the stairway and the pool was not clean. It looked a little green. But the inside of our room, I have to admit was really nice and clean."

"The pictures on the VRBO do NOT do the ocean views justice. The home is comfortable and furnished and the owner has thought of everything. It was a great experience for our family and we hope to go back. The Surf City rental management company was also very helpful with good information before our stay and when we wanted to extend another day."
